Wanted: Engagement Specialist
About the Position:
The Engagement Specialist reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for generating qualified prospects for our sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through email and social media
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Representatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends
This position is open to remote candidates. Must be available for meetings (all during normal business hours in eastern time zone), responsive to emails, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Work from anywhere you are!
Successful candidates will move into a direct Sales position.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
Experience in sales development, lead development and prospecting. Excellent written communications are a must. Nonprofit experience a plus. Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter, problem solver, courageous, committed, loyal, honest, and dedicated to helping others. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Ontraport, Marketo, etc.) a plus, and familiarity with Office Suite tools (Word, Except, Powerpoint, etc.) a must.

$40,000 (Base + Commissions)
